Estoppel Requests
Pre-closing – Estoppel requests should be sent to BrandywineEstatesMelbourne@yahoo.com or PO Box 121695, W Melbourne FL 32912-1695.
Post-closing – A copy of the title and any fees collected at closing on behalf of the Association should be sent to PO Box 121695, W Melbourne FL 32912-1695.
Payments
A statement is mailed to each property owner on a monthly basis. Homeowner fees are due the first of each month in advance. HOA fees are currently $135/month. All homeowner fee payments should be sent to:

Tennis Court
A key is required to access the tennis courts. Please contact the Association Secretary at BrandywineEstatesFLSecretary@gmail.com to arrange for a tennis court key.
Trailer/RV Parking
Trailer and RV parking for residents is available on the North end of the stable road. Please contact the Association Secretary at BrandywineEstatesFLSecretary@gmail.com to arrange for a parking spot.
