At the Annual Homeowner’s Meeting held on December 11th, a $600/household Special Assessment was unanimously approved by the homeowners as part of the 2019 budget. In the coming year there are a number of big tickets items that require attention. These include replacing the 30+ year old entrance sign, repair and resurface the tennis courts, regrade/repair the stable entrance road, and substantial landscaping maintenance at the front entrance. To avoid depleting our savings, the board recommended the assessment to ensure we have sufficient funds for any unforeseen items (like hurricane clean-up.)
